                      China Kingho Qinghua News (Qinghai Enterprise Management Office) Recently, Qinghai Kingho Group communicated and organized in-depth discussions and study of the 3-Year Planning of Corporate Culture Building of China Kingho Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Planning”) through various forms. Each unit and department, in combination with their own actual working situation, reported the study situation and specific implementation opinions to Business Management Office of Qinghai Kingho Group. Through seriously organizing study of the planning, each unit and department further had a profound understanding of the importance and necessity of corporate culture building. It was generally considered the group company must further strengthen corporate culture building, adhere to the people-oriented corporate culture and make efforts in constantly deepening the connotation of corporate culture and implementation, thus making corporate culture rooted in the heart of the majority of employees, turning into practical action and operating results and achieving the harvests in production and operation efficiency and enterprise culture construction.

                      The study situation and specific implement opinions of each unit and department also reflect that some units and departments were not clear about the implementation of the duties and responsibilities in current stage. To this end, Business Management Department of Qinghai Kingho Group will develop concrete implementation opinions in combination with the requirement of the Planning and the study situation of each unit and each department as to the corporate culture construction reality of group company so as to clarify the responsibilities and authorities, include corporate culture construction into system-driven track and actively establish the long-term mechanism of corporate culture. Before the end of this year, Qinghai Kingho Group should have an internal evaluation on the corporate culture construction situation in accordance with the general requirements of China Kingho Group and by reference to the contents of the Planning.
